  • 2 pounds of pork loin




  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic


Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the meat is tender (approximately 30 minutes). Serve hot with the marinade.  


Makes approximately 6 servings.
